Our Vacation Home:: There is no doubt that you will have a fabulous time at our premium rated professionally decorated condominium. New in 2006, the condominium is up to date with today's trends and is inspired by the tropical colors of the Caribbean. The ceilings are TALL, with up to 10' heights. This is a special penthouse feature only found on the top floor of the Calypso. The condominium is furnished with decorator quality furniture, an upscale kitchen, and a lovely balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Quality appointments throughout include designer faucets, granite countertops, six panel doors, frieze carpeting, ceramic tile floors, and stainless steel appliances. We continue to update our condominium to ensure the best standards are maintained. Calypso Resort and Towers:: When you're ready to venture downstairs to all the Calypso has to offer, you'll find an exercise and vending area. Outside there are two beautiful 175' free form pools (one is seasonally heated) with a boardwalk that takes you to the gorgeous beach. The tiki bar is open for refreshments in season. There is an activities vendor on the beach where you can rent jet skis, go parasailing, take banana boat rides and more. You will receive two beach chairs and one umbrella free for each day of your stay during the warm season. When you're finished with your beach and pool day, you can head out to all of the great local restaurants, shopping and entertainment nearby. If you feel like staying in, relax in the condo and take in a DVD movie from the lobby kiosk or browse the Internet on your laptop with our complimentary high speed Internet connection.
Out and About:: You will love the location of our condominium. We're located right in the middle of Panama City Beach. The new Pier Park shopping and entertainment center, Grand Movie Theater, Dan Russell Pier (under construction) and summer concert amphitheater are all adjacent to the Calypso. For those of you coming down with ball teams, we are the closest beach front condo complex to Frank Brown Park! If your prefer parks, St. Andrews is a true gem with the most beautiful sand dunes. Take the water shuttle from the park over to Shell Island.
Golf: You will find a wide choice of championship golf courses just minutes from Panama City Beach and throughout the entire panhandle. Panama City Beach courses include the Club Meadows at Bay Point, The Nicklaus Course at Bay Point, Hombre Golf Club, Signal Hill, and Holiday Golf Club.
Guest Book: I stayed in this unit (family of 5) over spring break in 2007. It was wonderful, the views are amazing. I wasn't sure I would like being so high, but forgot that from the moment I stepped through the door and looked out. Wait till you hear the waves and see the water and skyline. Sitting on the balcony became a nighttime ritual for us. The unit is pristine, everything was upscale and I found nothing lacking. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation, used the beach, pool, exercise area, etc. We really liked the fact we could walk to some of the restaurants and shops.
