This is a definate one of a kind property; the house is fashioned after a Dutch Windmill and was named Dutchland when it was built in 1910, the Windmill paddles were lost in the Hurricane of 1938. This property has been in our family since 1963.
We take much pride in maintaning this property. We do upgrades and improvements every year. This year we redecked and rerailed the 2 level deck to the water and also added solar lights. There is now power on the deck if you want to hook up a radio/tv/dvd.
Our family hopes you will come and relax and enjoy a carefree stay. We provide linens and towels. Also a BBQ and propane.
The boat dock is shared.
For rainy days we provide, books, games and movies. On sunny days enjoy a game of lawn croquet and water fun toys, like floats and noodles. We hope to see you soon. Sorry no Pets.

We are located 6 miles off exit 20, off 93 N, Turn left onto Bay Rd., Turn right onto Lower Bay Rd., Turn right onto Blackbrook Rd. We are near to Shopping and Restaurants and the Mountains. Also near to Lake Sunapee,
Newfound, Squam and Winniqesaukee.
Other Activities: Weirs Beach Board Walk, Mt Washington Boat Ride and Train Ride; arcades.
