Enjoy our 3 bedroom villa set on a 1/4 acre corner plot with 1,800 sq ft of living space.Doral Woods community is situated within a wildlife conservation area and is renowned for its peace and tranquillity. Yet only a short 20 min drive to Disney and Sea World. The accommodation consists of a Master suite with T.V. Video and luxury bathroom which opens onto the pool area. The double and twin rooms share a family bathroom. Large Family lounge with Cable T.V, D.V.D, Video and C.D. player. We have a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast nook which includes large oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic ice maker and a waste disposal unit. Some additional features are a telephone offering free local calls, separate laundry room with a large automatic washer and tumble dryer and air conditioning throughout. 30x15 electric heated pool with patio table, chairs and sun loungers.

Local facilities.: Conveniently situated only 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport and only 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and supermarkets in Kissimmee.

Horse World is only a couple of minutes away and offers another way to see the countryside. Trail rides are available for novices, intermediate and advanced riders. Down by Lake Toho boats and fishing tackle can be hired and you can depart for nature safaris and fishing trips.

The coast.: Floridas' West Coast is a mix of white sandy beaches, watersports,museums and wildlife and is just 90 minutes away. Visit Clearwater and St Petersburg on the western shores of Tampa Bay .Alternatively, head to the east where beaches range from empty, wild sands to the buzzing surfing mecca of Cocoa Beach. Also on the east coast is Kennedy Space Centre.

Doral Woods is a beautiful exclusive development. The property is situated in a rural conservation area with established trees and shrubs surrounding the property. The complex contains flood lit tennis courts and a community pool for the exclusive use of residents and guests.

Two nature reserves can be found only minutes away. One is run by a local school and the other by Disney Corporation. This is a fascinating insight into the reclamation of commercial land back into a natural habitat.

A few minutes away are supermarkets and a new Walmart which opened in 2004 to provide you with all your needs. Approximately 10 minutes drive away is the 192 where you will find a large selection of restaurants and shops. Old town Kissimmee is only a few minutes drive along the 192 where you can view old and custom cars and try the Sky Diver.

Notes

  • Please note pool heating may be required between November and April and is chargeable extra at £12 per day. Advance notice of this is required in order for the heater to be switched on before your arrival as it takes 1 day for the pool to heat up.
    A deposit of £150 will secure your booking and act as a security deposit. This is refundable at the end of your holiday. Full payment for the rental period is due 8 weeks before your departure. We accept midweek bookings and extra days at pro rata.
    Check in time is 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. if there are no back to back bookings we can arrange earlier or later times.

A comfortable and spacious villa in a very quiet setting yet close to all the attractions by car. Peaceful wooded surroundings with plenty of wildlfe and local grocery shopping nearby.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, very relaxing and quite neighbourhood. Only a short drive to the main attractions and grociers, banking etc. the pool was great and the childern loved it. couldn't of asked for a better place. we look forward on coming back again to stay.

Stayed at this home in May 2009 and had a lovely time - could not fault it. A lovely pool area and everything you needed was there. About a 15/20 min drive to Disney - very easy to find once we got the hang of the roads. About 10 mins from the 192 where there are ample restaurants. Any queries I had before the holiday were answered promptlu, we didn't have any problems whilst there, but should we have the people who manage the property live opposite. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay here. The villa was spacious, clean & well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked & all our needs were catered for. The property is in a nice, quiet area and felt private but you will need a car to get around. We didn't get chance to use the communal facilities but enjoyed using the pool at the villa very much.

I think the accommodation provided good value for money & the owners provided prompt, friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
