This elegant vacation home is located in a quiet, private cul-de-sac with boardwalk access to a private beach 75 yards away. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom are located on the first floor with each access to the 12' by 18' pool area. Two bedroom upstairs with 4 decks overlooking stunning sunsets and the gulf. Amenities include washer/dryer, electric fireplace, charcoal grill 4 tv's (including a 42 inch HDTV flat screen) VCR's a DVD, & outdoor hot/cold shower. There is one queen sofa and a loft with a twin sofa. The screened in front porch provides comfortable bug free evenings. Located just 200 yards East of the 393-30A junction, Dolphins provides walking distance to local stores, restaurants and a pharmacy. Wireless internet is provided. Dolphins at Sunrise is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Rental is from Sunday to Sunday. Parking space for 4 cars.

Dolphins at Sunrise Location: Dolphins at Sunrise is located on the South Side of 30 A in Sunrise Beach a gated community that is family oriented. Sunrise has a spacious private beach that is known for the most beautiful white sand in the world. Glancing out on the gulf you can see the Emerald Green Water that immediately tells you why the Florida Panhandle is called the Emerald Coast.

Shopping: Within 200 yards of Dolphins you will find Gulf Place which has many shops as well as art stores. Nearby in Sandestin are over a hundred outlet stores in the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and just a few miles to the West is a new shopping center in Sandestin plus the Destin commons which is rapidly expanding with more stores added each year.

Restaurants: Destin, Sandestin and 30A are known for restaurants that provide excellent food. Most of the restaurants on 30A are local ly owned and provide some of the best sea food and Italian food in the panhandle. In the shopping centers you find restaurants such as P. F. Chang's, Mitchell's Fish Market, Flenming's Steak House, Tommy Bahammas. Cheeseburger Paradise and Panera Bread. Just opened in Destin is the Royal B with classic New Orlean's Cuisine.
