This studio offers lots of extras like 500-count sheets on the queen bed , lots of extra towels, hair dryer, iron and board, high chair, beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The queen sleeper sofa and available cot provides comfortable sleeping for five. The private balcony offers a great view of the gulf and nearby water park. Located in a secure family oriented complex with one of the Island's largest pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, community room, grill and picnic area, all just steps from the beach. We had a wonderful time - the condo was perfect. It was very charming. My fiancé and I had a good time during our stay, we went swimming in the pool and had an amazing time at the beach.

The condo is as described on the site. It is super clean & very nice.

Mrs. Sandy is simply great - she was very nice & very helpful when I was booking the condo. I think she is a wonderful lady!

We had such an awesome time - we can't wait to come back to the island once more ...

Overall a wonderful stress free relaxing get-away for us.

Perfect for small family

This condo saved our trip to South Padre. The wind at the beach was terrible the weekend we were there, but the pool/spa area at the condo was so nice that it didn't really matter. The island itself seems a little down and out (most buildings surrounding the condo building are vacant), but the unit itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. Beach access was very easy, despite the wind. Owner was friendly and replied to emails promptly. We are a small family and the size of the room was perfect for me, my husband, ten-year-old son and small dog. All-in-all, we got way more than what we would have paid for at a hotel.

Newly renovated, clean and well equipped condo!

What was really great?

Very easy to reserve, the owner is wonderful.
The price was quite affordable.
The studio was really soundproof, could not hear neighbours.
Air conditioning was perfect.
Beach towels and apparels available in condo.
Extremely well equipped condo.
Location is fantastic, beautiful sea.
Very windy by the sea, big waves.
Great restaurants on the island.

What could be improved?
The new refrigerator is quite noisy.

Spring Break Warning: For those who are looking for a quiet vacation, please don’t plan to stay on the island during this 10-day period. We were there in March 2009 and when the students arrived, the noise level was painful. Outside of this period, the area was excellent! Although we had two security guards and one police officers guarding the condo unit, the noise until 2AM kept us awake. Beach is full, teenagers are drinking everywhere.

Great Condo

My son and I stayed in this condo for a week in late October. It was a wonderful place and very cozy. The pool and hottub were big hits with my 6 year old. And the quick walk to the great beach was awesome. Very conveniently located right over the bridge, so any sightseeing trips (to Mexico, Brownsville, Port Isabel, etc...) are much quicker than if you stay other places.
