5 bedrooms, 3 baths - including 2 Master Suites

Better than new, two year old 5 bedroom, three bathroom home (2 master suites) located in a quiet, private neighborhood 3 blocks from the beach. Well equipped kitchen, High quality bedding and LCD HD flat screen TVs are some of the amenities that make this a great rental. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the southern facing wraparound porch. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street makes it perfect for one or two families.

Our home has many quality Pottery Barn furnishings especially in the master bedroom. The master bedroom and bath are a perfect retreat after a sunny day at the beach.

Walk to WAWA for some morning coffee (or use high end Kitchenaid coffee maker) and enjoy your morning paper and watch the day come alive on the large Southern plantation type porch. Send the kids to the ACME for some last minute items. One block from 34th street but seems like a world away from the hustle and bustle. Also a short walk to Hoy's, playground, ice cream and Dot's Bakery.

Rates range from $2,600 -- $3,200/ per week

Maximum occupancy of 10 people (including children)

One (1) Week Minimum Stay (Saturday check-in after 2:00 PM / Saturday morning check-out at 10:00 AM)

A rental lease agreement will be mailed (or E-mailed) to you. The signed lease and 50% of the rental payment is due within 7 days to reserve your week. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. A $500 Security Deposit is required.

Great home...Never Disappoints

My family has been vacationing at this home for the past 3 summers. The home is immaculate and very spacious. It is well equipped with T.V's and kitchen supplies. We absolutely love the location...3 short blocks to the beach and walking distance to Acme and Wawa. What is better than a short walk to pick up your morning coffee and paper. Far enough from the craziness of the boardwalk but you could be there with a quick bike ride or short drive. I can't say enough good things about this home!! My family can't wait for next summer!!

Great Time

We stayed here for 2 weeks the summer of 2008. The house was immaculate (like new). The beds were comfortable. The house was well equiped with great TVs and kitchen items. The location was also a plus. Walking distance to the Acme, CVS, Hoy's, restaurants and the park made it easy not to use the car.
