This luxurious home features private master and guest suites, great kitchen, formal dining room, office with high-speed internet, and laundry on the main floor! The lower floor features a guest bedroom, full bath, sitting room and patio. The master bedroom features a king size bed, a large walk-in closet and a spacious private bath with a large shower and Jacuzzi tub. The guest bedroom wing features a queen size bed and a separate bath with shower. Wheelchair Friendly:

Access to this home and its interior rooms has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate those who may have physical challenges. The entrance to the upper (main) floor has only one 6” step from the covered driveway portico. All the doors in the house are three feet wide and both the upper and lower floors have separate driveways.

Pet Notes:

We allow pets because so many consider them part of the family. We do want you to scoop and bag any waste on the property and driveway in consideration of other guests as well as for health reasons. We do insist on declawed cats only.

Relax & Enjoy!:

Huge 70’ long deck with wide open view of the sunrise and the lovely pond below. The Deck, which has direct access to the upper and lower driveways, features a gazebo, and a large covered sitting area.

The deck and surrounding trees are visited often by many varieties of songbirds. Enjoy watching the fast, feisty and beautiful hummingbirds that visit our feeders! Let your children and guests enjoy feeding the fish in the pond below 'No Fishing Please'!

Wow! I feel like we really lucked out getting to stay here - what a find! This must be one of the most gorgeous views in the Smoky Mountains. I don't think I have ever seen more stars - just breathtaking! We spent most of our time on the deck just enjoying the view. The leaves are changing more each day and it is a treat to be here at this time of year. I was so impressed with all the little touches you have thought of inside the house - I was not expecting such luxury! There are so many memories from our stay - this vacation will be hard to beat! Thank you for everything - we are so grateful.

We have vacationed in the Smoky Mountains several times over the years and our visits have always been wonderful. This was the best location and rental we've had the pleasure of staying in. Your home and the view is spectacular. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

Exactly as described. Absolutely Beautiful!!

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was even better than the photos. The view from the large deck was breathtaking! We took many pictures of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The home was absolutely immaculate and we had everything we needed. The home was well stocked with pans, utensils, towels, etc. The owners called us the first day to make sure we made it and if everything was satisfactory. We didn't eat out much at all because we cooked our breakfasts and dinners in the nice kitchen. Visiting the Biltmore Estate was fabulous as well as the beautiful falls in and around the area. The house was located where it was easy to get to Asheville, Cashiers/Highlands and Gatlinburg, TN. Great Wal-mart in Waynesville. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. My parents liked the area so well that they are going to drive their 5th wheel up to camp in the Waynesville/Maggie Valley area later this year!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Thanks very much for the wonderful welcome we received upon arriving at your home. Even though there was no one here when we arrived the house welcomed us with open arms. We felt so at home right away and the furnishings are just wonderful – rustic elegance. We had a wonderful Christmas here in your home – brought our tree and all the trimmings too! It was so beautiful with the fireplace blazing – so cozy, warm and sweet. A wonderful Christmas for our family. May your home continue to be blessed beyond your wildest dreams.
