Relax in the privacy of the pool area, with the large back yard and park-like setting of this premium lot. Also, across the street, is a child's play area, and within a 3 minute walk is the grand castle playground! The higher elevation of the Reserve makes for a wonderful view of the surrounding community. On the first floor, there are 2 king bedroom suites and one queen bedroom suite, each with ultra plush pillowtop mattresses, extra pillows, and en suite/private bathrooms. The second floor has two spacious bedrooms, each with two single beds and a private bathroom. The open great room leads to a large covered omni-stone lanai and 14' by 28' kidney shaped screened-in pool with a raised waterfall spa. The kitchen, bar, breakfast nook, and main master bedroom also overlook the pool.
