This is a comfortable, nicely furnished family vacation home in beautiful Chatham on Cape Cod. The home is one mile from Ridgevale Beach, two miles from Hardings Beach, two miles to quaint Chatham Center, and a few blocks to the bike path linking you to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This home has a completely fenced in back yard with an inner fenced patio area with an outdoor shower, Webber grill, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The house has an open floor plan with a large living area, great for family time. Chatham offers a wonderful vacation setting with beautiful beaches, boating and fishing opportunities, a nine hole public golf course with ocean views, many great restaurants and shops, summer theater, art and antiques and much more!

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles
House is located near a bike path that is part of the Cape Cod Rail Trail. This is great for biking, walking, roller blading. Chatham has a pubic nine hole golf course. There is a beautiful historic lighthouse located at a great beach. Many other beautiful beaches with calm Nantucket Sound waters. Ferry service to Nantucket from nearby Harwichport. Chatham has a great variety of restaurants from the local breakfast stop to high end gourmet dining. Friday night band concerts at the park in town are an old favorite. Weekly outdoor art exhibits and wonderful antique shops in Chatham and beyond. Chatham center has wonderful shopping and a beautiful library.
