Enjoy one of the best kept secrets in the Caribbean.. After vacationing on St. Martin for twenty years, we discovered this lovely quiet spot and knew we had to call it home. Now we are welcoming visitors to our Caribbean Paradise. Enjoy quiet mornings with the birds singing or take an early morning stroll or dip on beautiful, two mile long, white sand Simpson Bay Beach, directly off our pool deck, steps from our large private ground floor lanai. Snorkel directly 'out back' on the beach where you can also jet ski or kayak (or rent a yacht for the day). Every day is a fabulous parade of yachts sailing across Simpson Bay and every night divine sunsets. Nature’s show is really spectacular! You really never have to leave the property but then you would miss the plethora of terrific restaurants, casinos, gyms and other activities our “neighborhood” has to offer.

Accessible via a quiet Caribbean road with churches and schools and a real 'neighborhood' feel. Walking distance to over 20 restaurants and 3 Casinos. Walk to excellent shopping (both Duty Free & grocery). Located 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to the French Capitol of Marigot (great food and shopping), 20 minutes to the Dutch Capitol of Philipsburg (fantastic Duty free shopping), 20 minutes to sleepy Grande Case Beach (the Culinary Capitol of the Caribbean) and 30 minutes to trendy and fabulous Orient Beach. Why you would want to venture to another beach is beyond us but there are 10 other beaches within 10 minutes drive (including world renowned Mullet Bay beach which is 5 minutes drive away).The location affords fabulous views across the Sea to the island of Saba and offers truly amazing sunsets right off your private poolside lanai.

Notes: You really never have to leave the property but then you would miss the variety of restaurants our “neighborhood” has to offer. From simple local cuisine to “haute” French fare to Culinary Institute of America trained chefs to a German Beerhaus, and 3 French Patisseries (one with a “breakfast pastry basket”, crepes and eggs Benedict that will knock your socks off). They are all less than 15 minute’s walk from home (as are three large Casinos). We have made the Condo and pool deck wheelchair accessible and many restaurants are “roll to/ roll in' . In keeping with nature’s perfection (and this is truly a perfect spot) we brought the ambiance of the Caribbean into our home by using lovely coral colors and the soothing blues of the sea and the sky in our décor. We have not compromised on quality. You will find “state of the art” appliances and no 'skimping'. This is our home. It’s lovely and special and truly a gift. A gift that we welcome you to share

Relaxing and Beautiful

This condo is perfect for a family. We have two small children and they had a great time! Being on the 1st floor the pool is right off the patio (the patio gate locks which is great if you have little ones) so my husband and I sat on the patio and watched one child swim as the other took a nap. The condo is spotless and has all amenities that your own home would have. Being able to do laundry was so nice, we didn't have to bring as much luggage. This was really one of our best vacations and we have stayed all over the world.

I don't want to go home!!!

My husband & I stayed for the week & wish that we could have stayed longer....what a view each day...all of the boats & gorgeous sunset..Johanna is just the nicest person to rent from....we felt like we were at home....everything is nearby....we come down to Saint Martin every year the same time & usually stay at the Royal Islander but because of Omar (the hurricane) our place was shut down for repairs....would not miss my vacation..... so found Johanna's place on Home Away & another great vacation!!!! If you are looking for somewhere to stay please don't hesitate on this one!!!!!
