Beachfront Private House

It was a great time for our family of 15 people. Kevin is very good for helping us with getting around. He also showed us where to get the good Conch Salad. For Taxi driver, Allan is very good and reliable.
To eat out, buffet at Sheraton hotel is reasonble cost and very good food.
The villa is at very good location and loaded with all information about the getting around/entertainment. We enjoyed the beach, pool, theater room, and ping pong table. However, it had several problems. When we checked in the villa was not ready when we arrived - the air conditioner was not working. Then, there was leakage from the ceiling in one of the bed room upstair on the last two nights before we departed. Towels were pretty old.

The house was even better than advertised. The house was very modern and clean, the bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve a large group. We enjoyed the pool and the direct access to the beach. We took snorkel excursion one day and the boat picked us up right outside the house, it was amazing! The kids and adults enjoyed the theater room with full DIRECTV access and plenty of movies to watch. The office had everything for those needing to work: US Vonage phone line, printer, fax and even WiFi throughout the house.
For the week, we rented a 7-passenger van and a car from the property manager. We utilized the cars for grocery shopping, market shopping, dinner out and a wonderful day at the Atlantis water park.
The owners of this house certainly understand how to treat guests! Amazing place, 10 out of 10!!!

Still have my permi-smile from the loads and loads of treasured moments that just took place at this wonderful home this past weekend! Traveled to the Bahamas along with 11 college girlfriends to celebrate over 20 yrs of friendship!

From the very start of searching for a destination and a home suitable for all of us, the team that owns and runs this property were top notch. You will receive quick, honest replies both before you leave as well as from the on island management there to assist you.

The home and the view are to die for. The location was perfectly nudged on Goodman's Bay 10 min to airport and 10 min to town. But heavenly placed in the middle for a setting leaving you with no reason to leave the AWESOME deck/pool/ocean.

2 of the 4 nights we hired a gentleman by the name of Brent Deveaux to prepare a wonderful Bahamian meal for us. We sat with our toes in the water and our cold Kaliks in our hands for the entire day in the warm sunshine...only to cap the day off with Brent's food delivered to our kitchen at 6pm. Eating dinner in our flip flops and hair in ponytails, we laughed into the weee hrs of the night surrounding ourselves with memories to last a lifetime.

So we thank you for opening your doors to us. And we can only hope to convince our families to let us leave and do it all again sometime very soon!
