A great place to enjoy the lake activities and relax. Canoe and Paddleboat available for exploring the islands and shoreline. A 10 minute drive to Canobie Lake Amusement Park, Victoria Station Miniature Golf, Park Place Lanes (candle pin bowling), American Stonehenge Archeology Site and Rockingham Race Track. There are numerous golf courses, restaurants and of course Tax Free shopping. Arlington Pond is conveniently located within an hour from Boston, 20 minutes to Hampton Beach NH and around town some of the best restaurants in the area such as the Atkinson Country Clubs Merrill Tavern, The Coliseum Restaurant, The CommonMan Restaurant and numerous take-out/delivery services (Pizza, Chinese Food). There are Grocery Stores within 5 minutes and on the lake a Marina for snacks/gas/fishing bait. Give your family that summer vacation that's around the corner from just about everything but away from it all.

Lake Details: Fishing: Large Mouth Bass, Small Mouth Bass, Pickerel, some species of Trout, Rainbow, Brookies, Brown and lots of Blue Gill, Callico Bass, Perch and White Perch. Have Fun. The lake is approximately 3 miles long, mile wide at its widest point and 3 Islands. Many coves with 5 miles of shoreline to swim, boat and enjoy.

Grandkids loved the lake! Perfect location for easy access to area attractions: Canobie Lake Park, Water Country, beaches, and shopping - mini golf course nearby was a big hit.

Best In Merrimac Valley

This cottage could not be lovelier, and the family who owns it, more welcoming. Colette is full of good ideas about what to do and the BEST WAY TO GET THERE!
We loved canoeing on the lake, feeding the ducks, cooking outside and just relaxing. We also had a great time at Canobie which has to be the cleanest, most pleasant amusement park experience I have ever had. Colette was so considerate in making sure we have everything we needed, even providing her daughter as a friend for mine (Thanks Megan!). I would recommend this truly special getaway to anyone.

Our Wonderful Trip to Arlington Pond

Before arriving to Arlington Pond I spoke with Collette and received a warm feeling. We kept in touch with emails before the arrival. Upon arriving we received a warm welcome from Collette and her family. We found the cottage to be everything that is described plus more. Collette was extremely accommodating. There are many activities in the area but just relaxing on the lake, swimming, canoeing and pedal boating was a lot to take in. I would recommend this property to anyone.
