    We also require a $1,000.00 refundable security / cleaning deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Security / cleaning deposit will be returned within 14 days of inspection of house. We do not allow pets or smoking on the property.

  • All of the rooms have their own bathrooms except for the 3rd floor suite which shares a full bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower on the lower level. We have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for cleaning up after the beach.

Notes: The washer and dryer are available for use and are located in the basement. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water for your convenience. We have a large backyard for a clambake or BBQ. It is a great yard for children to play games. You can park at least (6) six cars in our driveway.

In fact, we have all pledge to do this again because it was so relaxing after such a frantic wedding week and hurricane Irene. Thank you for being so accomodating.
