• Security Deposit $500.00 per stay.
• Pending reservations will be held 5 business days for confirmation. A deposit of 50% is due with your lease to confirm your reservation. The balance of your rent with the cleaning fee and security deposit of $500.00 per stay, are due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The security deposit will be returned, providing there are no damages, with-in 60 days of your departure. If damages or extra cleaning charges are incurred, Landlord agrees to inform the tenant in writing of the above deductions before 30 days has elapsed from the end of tenants occupancy.
• Cancellation, there is a 15% cancellation fee of the gross rental amount (excluding security deposit & cleaning fee) as long as the property is re-rented. A refund is provided only if the week(s) are re-booked for the same dollar amount (more readily accomplished with sufficient notice). If the house has not been re-rented prior to the arrival date all deposits are forfeited.
