Prime location abutting conservation land with miles of walking trails from your back yard into the Southern Woodlands. This 3 story contemporary design features a bright living room with cathedral ceilings and 8' sliders accessing a sunny deck, a separate dining room, kitchen with laundry, full bath, and a new sprawling master bedroom suite with walk-in closet, tiled shower and whirlpool bath on the first floor.
Three more bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor, and a loft room on the third floor. The covered front porch is a favorite place for relaxation. Ample room for a large family.

In one of Martha's Vineyards most desirable private communities off County Road the 3-story home is located on a one acre wooded lot, on a cul de sac. Walkers, runners, and mountain bikers will enjoy Land Bank trails in the Southern Woodlands Preserve which abutts the backyard. Private Tennis courts are with-in the community (key provided). Bike paths connecting all Island towns and beaches are just outside our entrance on County Road and Farm Neck Golf Course is across the street.. With-in 2 miles is the center of the Village and Harbor where you can find shopping, restaurants, water sports, boat rentals, fishing charters, ferries and beaches.

- Security Deposit $500.00 per stay.
- Pending reservations will be held 5 business days for confirmation. A deposit of 50% is due with your lease to confirm your reservation. The balance of your rent with the cleaning fee and security deposit of $500.00 per stay, are due 30 days prior to your arrival date. The security deposit will be returned, providing there are no damages, with-in 60 days of your departure. If damages or extra cleaning charges are incurred, Landlord agrees to inform the tenant in writing of the above deductions before 30 days has elapsed from the end of tenants occupancy.
- Cancellation, there is a 15% cancellation fee of the gross rental amount (excluding security deposit & cleaning fee) as long as the property is re-rented. A refund is provided only if the week(s) are re-booked for the same dollar amount (more readily accomplished with sufficient notice). If the house has not been re-rented prior to the arrival date all deposits are forfeited.
