This spacious home has 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, a VCR, Sony stereo systems, Play Station 2, and many other nice amenities including a laundry room with a full size washer & dryer. “Rosemary’s Sister” is a beautiful home that is loaded with porches & balconies and has an extra bunk room allowing enough room to sleep 15 comfortably in our beautiful Pinecrest Home. This beautiful home has 4 entrances. Two of the bedrooms have private entrances... Relax in the fabulous community pool that is shared with only 5 other homes, which is about 20 feet from our home. Enjoy watching the children swim from one of the many balconies or from your front porch... And enjoy the short stroll to great shopping, restaurants, and Starbucks at Rosemary Beach.
Local Attractions: 'Rosemary's Sister' is close to everything and has everything you could ever need to be comfortable...Let us help you make this your dream vacation... At this incredible price and allowing small dogs....you will want to rent this one fast... March 1,2008 this home will be ready and put on the rental program... Rosemary’s Sister is close to Rosemary Beach, Sea Grove Beach, Alys Beach Seacrest, Seaside, Grayton Beach, Destin, Ft. Walton, and Panama City just to name a few beaches. It is also close to Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons and tons of Specialty shops and spa's. To keep the children entertained there is The Big Kahuna, RaceTrack, and Miniature Golf in Destin which is just a short drive away. For great dining you have a number of excellent restaurants to chose from on 30-A. And just a short drive to Ruth's Chris, P.F.Chang's, AJ's, Harbor Docks, Crab Trap, Captain Dave's, The Back Porch, just to name a few but there are many other great restaurants in the area.
Restaurants: 30-A, Angelina's Italian Pizza & Pasta, Old Florida Fish House, Fish out a Water, Shades at the Loop, Borago's Red Bar, Bud & Alley's at Seaside, Basmatis. Small pets allowed only after approval... “Rosemary’s Sister” is a Family rental home. No chaperoned guest. Must be 25 to rent.
