The cottage is small (3 bedrooms) but we LOVE it. It’s walking distance from the beach, and a short drive to excellent beaches, Chatham Center, the bike trail, great golf courses, superb ice-cream, and of course, great seafood restaurants. The house comes with all of the usual comforts of home, including a washer and dryer (which will turn out to be a God send). It’s perfect for a small family.

Nearest Beach: beach at 0.3 Miles

The location is really the best part of the house. We are centrally located in what I would call the 'best part of the Cape'. The 'elbow' of the Cape and beyond is less commercial and more rustic. We enjoy walking through the charming villages of both Harwich and Chattham. The beaches of course are amazing. We spend time on the local beaches but also travel to the rugged national seashore or the bay side of the Cape where you can walk for a half mile in low tide before the water gets up to your chest. We also love hiking the Audobon and going to the drive-in movie theater up in Wellfleet.
