How do I reserve this condo ? :
First check the calendar for availability. Email or call us with dates you wish to reserve. We will email payment link invoice for dates you selected with PayPal.com payment site instructions. You don't need a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card. You would then make a 50% payment into our account at PayPal. Balance of funds will be due 14 days prior to your arrival. We will send you email PayPal invoice reminder. If you are making reservation with arrival within 14 days make full payment to reserve. Once payment is confirmed in our PayPal account we will email you confirmation of your reservation.
How do I get keys to the condo?:
We will provide your name and the dates you are staying as paying guest of owner to resort staff. At time of check-in just show Picture ID at front lobby desk for Phase II and they will provides you with card keys good for the dates you reserved. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is by 11am to allow for cleaning and turnover process for next guest. Remember to request pool-side towel card at front desk and return it at check out to avoid extra charges. You have the option to open a room charge account linked to your credit card or you can pay cash as you use the resort facilities (restaurants, bar and room service).
How do I get to Las Palomas in Rocky Point?:
From Phoenix go West on I-10 (30 miles), South on Highway 85 (40 miles) to Gila Bend. Continue South on Highway 85 to Ajo (40 miles) then continue South on Highway 85 to Lukeville (40 miles). Lukeville is the border crossing point into Mexico.
From Tucson you will get on Highway 86 heading West to Ajo / Why Arizona (120 miles). Once
you get to Highway 85 (at Why, AZ) turn South and follow Highway 85 to Lukeville (30 miles).
Once you cross the border you are in Sonoita and you will proceed South along the main road through the middle of town. Watch for signs to Route #8 and Puerto Penasco. You will proceed South on Route #8 (60 miles) to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point).
Route #8 takes you through the middle of Puerto Penasco. Watch for the large 'Bienvienidos' (welcome) sign where you will turn right on Calle #26. Take Calle #26 until you see the resort golf course and turn into Las Palomas property. At the security point say you have reservation and proceed to phase 2 lobby.
