Welcome to Noelle’s Disney Vacation Retreat! This is our exclusive five bedroom, four bathroom vacation home located just 10 minutes from Disney, Orlando at Hwy 192 and 27 in the private community of Orange Tree. Our vacation home has a large lanai (covered patio area) with patio furniture, cushioned pool lounges and a remote controlled fan. Perfect for rest and relaxation in the sun or dining outside “al fresco”. The property is situated on a premium corner lot that backs onto a large orange grove and offers a beautiful natural setting with lots of privacy and no rear neighbors. The large heated pool and spa area is fully screened and offers a spectacular view of the Disney - Magic Kingdom fireworks nightly while your family enjoys the hot soothing therapeutic spa after a busy day. Sit back and relax in the great room, the highlight is a 50 inch High Definition Plasma Screen TV, there is also a DVD/VCR player, and high speed wireless Internet access.

Welcome to Noelle’s Disney Vacation Retreat ! This is our exclusive 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom vacation home located just 10 minutes from Disney, Orlando at Hwy 192 and 27 in the rolling hills of the town of Clermont. Start your holiday off right and stay in our beautifully furnished villa, located in the prestigious community of Orange Tree. The villa is within a mile of several major grocery stores and fast food restaurants and approximately 8 miles from Disney and within easy drive of all other Theme Parks, Golf Courses, Retail Shopping, and up market Dining Venues. You can also make use of the free Basketball, Tennis Courts, and Soccer Field immediately behind our property. Nearby are cycling hiking and nature trails, and numerous championship golf courses. For the more adventurous there is skydiving, surfing at Cocoa Beach, airboat rides or witness a shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral. Close by is Florida's gulf coast where you can enjoy white sandy beaches and blue turquoise waters.

Amenities include a 19 inch TV with cable, and a remote controlled fan with light. The bedroom is adjacent to a full bathroom located at the front of the villa. The fourth bedroom has a Disney theme with 2 twin beds showcasing Mickey Mouse and all his pals. The sheet sets consists of 300 thread count pure Egyptian cotton along with a Mickey Mouse pillow sham, Mickey Mouse comforter, and Mickey and Mini Decorative pillows. This room also includes a 13 inch TV and DVD player. The fifth bedroom also has a Disney theme with 2 twin beds showcasing Tinkerbell & Peter Pan. The sheet sets consists of 300 thread count pure Egyptian cotton along with a Ticker bell pillow sham, Tinkerbell comforter, and Tinkerbell Decorative pillows. There is a 20 inch TV equipped with a Play station 2/ DVD player. This bedroom is adjacent to the “Finding Nemo” bathroom.

  • There are 2 Master suites, both leading to the Lanai and pool/spa area. This provides plenty of privacy for 2 families. The first master suite has a hotel collection - King Size “W Bed” plush top mattress that is made exclusively for the Starwood Hotel chain by Simmons. The sheet set consists of luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton which complements the “W Bed” to give you a wonderful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom has 'his and her sinks', a huge separate glass shower enclosure and tub and a French door exiting to the pool and spa. There is a 27 inch TV with cable, phone, clock radio and a remote controlled fan and lighting unit. The second master suite is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom. There is a queen size bed with a plush top mattress; the sheet set consists of luxurious 300 thread count Egyptian cotton. Amenities include a 24 inch TV with cable, clock radio, and a remote controlled fan with light. The private bathroom leads to the pool and spa.

Notes: This vacation home comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator with ice-maker, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Other appliances include a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, crock pot, electric can opener and a designer red colored Breville Citrus Juicer to squeeze plenty of fresh orange juice from the oranges you can pick seasonally right on our property. (October to June). There is also an ample supply of cutlery, designer red dinnerware, serving dishes, designer red pots and pans and utensils. This vacation home is very child friendly. We provide all children's items free of charge. Our standard children's items include a jeep stroller, a high chair, booster seat, a Pack'n'Play. There are also children’s toys for the pool including a Mickey Mouse wave-rider board, diving sticks, buoyant foam noodles and blow up air mattress toys. For your children's safety there is a pool safety fence surrounding the pool.

Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size shuffleboard, skeet ball game, indoor basketball toss, air hockey, Foosball and a magnetic dart board. Every room of this vacation villa has vaulted ceilings and the great room has three sky lights. The villa is 2157 sq. ft. not including the pool, spa, lanai, entry, and garage. All master bedrooms of this vacation home have ceiling fans in addition to the Great room and Lanai. Other vacation home amenities include a safe for your valuables, a fully monitored home security system (fire, medical and theft), large capacity washer and dryer, free local and long distance phone calls, 2 sets of linens for each bed, bathroom linens, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. We stayed from 11/11 - 11/19 at this property and absolutely loved it. The house is very spacious and the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, not to mention the game room! The kids enjoyed hanging out in one or the other at night after a long day at Disney. The property is well cared for. We liked having the grill to cook supper at night and ate breakfast at home each morning. The short drive to Wal-mart, Target or the grocery store was also a plus. And Disney was a very short, easy drive as well. We will definitely be staying again when we make our next trip to Florida. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and had more than enough space for everyone. The TV's in the bedrooms was a nice addition! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! Merry Christmas to you and yours!

Huge corner plot villa, great directions supplied by owner,this was our 6th stay in villas in this area and this was way the best,views of fireworks from pool?, trees have grown somewhat but they were visable at some distance if you stood near hot tub, pool was brilliant,villa was spot- less,rooms nicely decorated,three huge leather sofas around the huge flatscreen tvmade for great family get togethers in evening after meals,kitchen huge,games room handy,the morning sun coming up over the Orange grove will live with us for ever.
Huge thanks to all, so easy to book,e-mails answered,absolutly no problems at all which is what holidays should be about.
We ... will be back.

We rented this house in Sept 2008 and had a great time. There were 11 of us in our party, 4 were children. The house is very big and spacious, very clean and has every thing you would need to cook all your meals. The pool, hot tub and game room were nice and the drive to Disney is about 15 minutes. We loved it and would definitely go back.
