The fourth bedroom has a Disney theme with 2 twin beds showcasing Mickey Mouse and all his pals. The sheet sets consists of 300 thread count pure Egyptian cotton along with a Mickey Mouse pillow sham, Mickey Mouse comforter, and Mickey and Mini Decorative pillows. This room also includes a 13 inch TV and DVD player. The fifth bedroom also has a Disney theme with 2 twin beds showcasing Tinkerbell & Peter Pan. The sheet sets consists of 300 thread count pure Egyptian cotton along with a Ticker bell pillow sham, Tinkerbell comforter, and Tinkerbell Decorative pillows. There is a 20 inch TV equipped with a Play station 2/ DVD player. This bedroom is adjacent to the “Finding Nemo” bathroom.

- There are 2 Master suites, both leading to the Lanai and pool/spa area. This provides plenty of privacy for 2 families. The first master suite has a hotel collection - King Size “W Bed” plush top mattress that is made exclusively for the Starwood Hotel chain by Simmons. The sheet set consists of luxurious 400 thread count Egyptian cotton which complements the “W Bed” to give you a wonderful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathroom has 'his and her sinks', a huge separate glass shower enclosure and tub and a French door exiting to the pool and spa. There is a 27 inch TV with cable, phone, clock radio and a remote controlled fan and lighting unit. The second master suite is also equipped with an en-suite bathroom. There is a queen size bed with a plush top mattress; the sheet set consists of luxurious 300 thread count Egyptian cotton. Amenities include a 24 inch TV with cable, clock radio, and a remote controlled fan with light. The private bathroom leads to the pool and spa.

Our vacation home has a large Lanai (covered patio area) with patio furniture and cushioned pool lounges and a remote controlled fan. Perfect for rest and relaxation in the sun or dining outside “al fresco”. The property is situated on a premium corner lot that backs onto a large orange grove and offers a beautiful natural setting with lots of privacy and no rear neighbors. The large heated pool and spa area is fully screened and offers a spectacular view of the Disney - Magic Kingdom fireworks nightly while your family enjoys the hot soothing therapeutic spa after a busy day. Sit back and relax in the great room, the highlight is a 50 inch High Definition Plasma Screen TV, there is also a DVD/VCR player, and high speed wireless Internet access.
Whether you are finished park hopping for the day or just taking a day to relax with your family will enjoy the well equipped games room. For your entertainment the games room comes complete with a full size shuffleboard, skeet ball game, indoor basketball toss, air hockey, Foosball and a magnetic dart board. Every room of this vacation villa has vaulted ceilings and the great room has three sky lights. The villa is 2157 sq. ft. not including the pool, spa, lanai, entry, and garage. All master bedrooms of this vacation home have ceiling fans in addition to the Great room and Lanai. Other vacation home amenities include a safe for your valuables, a fully monitored home security system (fire, medical and theft), large capacity washer and dryer, free local and long distance phone calls, 2 sets of linens for each bed, bathroom linens, and a hair dryer in each bathroom. This vacation home is fully air conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter.
