This home has a great living area with ten foot ceilings and overlooks the back deck and private swimming pool. The new flat screen TV is equipped with VCR and DVD. WiFi. The kitchen is modern with beautiful cabinets and counter tops and adjoins a breakfast nook that overlooks the deck and pool. There is also a separate formal dining room with table and chairs that seat eight. Additionally, on the first floor, there is a powder room and laundry room. The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and private bath with a large spa tub and skylights. At the opposite end of the house on the first floor are two bedrooms each having two twin beds and a TV. These bedrooms share a full bath. On the upper level is a bonus bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and private full bath. The home is approximately a nine minute walk to the beach or a three minute bike ride. There is a two-car garage.
