The largest Penthouse at Marina Sol with Stunning Pool & Courtyard Views 3200 square feet - 5 Bedrooms - 6 Bathrooms This Penthouse was professionally remodeled in November 2008 with a stunning floor plan that was specifically designed with Vacation Rentals in mind. This location is very private and you can enjoy both the morning and afternoon sunshine from the terraces. The Massive Living room has 16 foot vaulted Ceilings and pocket doors that open up to the terrace and bring the outside living atmosphere inside. The 60 foot long terrace located off the living room overlooks the Pool and Courtyard area of Marina Sol, and the smaller back Terrace located off the Kitchen has a view of the swimming pool area of the neighboring Bahia Hotel. The Back terrace is also a great area to people watch as it overlooks the walkway leading to Cabo’s most popular Beach.

More details: The entertainment area features, a large bar with numerous sofas and comfortable chairs as well a 42 inch flat screen TV with DVD/CD player for when it’s time to kick back and watch the game or enjoy a movie. Located beside the bar is a beautiful common use bathroom with full shower. The large modern kitchen features granite counter tops and new appliances. It’s all set up for preparing a gourmet meal or request a private chef and have him cater a special meal to your group while you relax and enjoy. Private bartenders are also available upon requested. The propane BBQ can be used on either terrace. Dining area features a large table with seating for 8 and a small desk area with wireless internet, telephone and fax machine. Terraces also features tables and seating for 10 people.

Perfect Location, Amazing Penthouse!

Stayed in the penthouse back in April and can't say enough positive things about it. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Marina Sol is a few minutes walk to the beach and about a 10 min walk to downtown restaurants and bars.

On one side you've got a great view of the pool area and in the back you've got a second patio overlooking the pathway to the beach...great people watching.

Staff was courteous and attentive. Clint will make sure you are all set.

HIGHLY recommend if you have a large group of people or have a smaller group like us who simply wanted their own rooms. Great value!
