This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. Very kid friendly. This is a ground floor unit with a private walk out grassed area with patio set and gas grill. Nice relaxing spot to sit & relax, cook out and chill. Closest bldg. to the in-ground pool and tennis courts. We are located within walking distance to Weirs beach/Lake Winnipesaukee and all that this area has to offer. Great restaurants, drive in theatre, fun spot, Mt Washington cruises, water slides, train rides etc. We are also located only 20 minutes from Nascar events. Gunstock ski resort and recreation area is 10 minutes away. Great skiing, snow tubing and year round activities. A short drive north to Story Land, Santa's Village, Polar Caves, Clark's trading post and the rest of the White Mountain area.

Beautiful Winnipesaukee Get Away

Our family has been vacationing at this particular condo for many, many years now. It is so clean, comfortable, and accessible to Weirs Beach, Meredith, and all the attractions around the Lake, plus includes many lovely amenities. It is a family-friendly resort, and we meet many of the same people there year after year. We guarantee that once you stay at this condo, you will want to continue the tradition for years to come. It's a little bit of heaven.

Winter Rental

As the ad says, "this is the perfect spot," for anything one wants to do in the Lakes Region. We rented this condo for the entire winter so that we could go skiing every weekend at Gunstock. This is an ideal location and the ground floor unit makes it very convenient when hauling in gear after skiing. The condo was warm and cozy and easily accomodated our family of 6. The owners are very easy to deal with and the pictures in the ad are exactly as the condo appears. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for providing us with the best rental spot ever. The unit was super clean and cozy. The ground floor unit was the best for relaxing and cooking out. Nice and relaxing with the kids. They loved the frog pond. The pool was great (so close) The walk to Weirs beach was nice. I give the owners 2 thumbs up. Thank you so much!!
