- The Master bedroom on the first floor is perfect for grandparents. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bath. One is a large room with a double bed, a sitting area, cathedral ceilings and a large skylight. The second upstairs bedroom, we call the bunk room. It is an even bigger room with matching twin mahogany beds as well as a double mahogany bed. This room also has high ceilings and a large skylight. There is an additional sleeping space in the study. There is a day bed and a closet. This room is not completely private.

Three villages make up the 17 square mile town of Yarmouth Cape Cod: West Yarmouth, Yarmouthport, and South Yarmouth. Each village has a distinctive character formed by over 350 years of history.
