The house enjoys a view of a rare coastal plains pond bounded by conservation woodlands and wooded town water recharge areas. Follow the private path from the house to Horse Pond and enjoy fresh water swimming, fishing and kayaking. This is the perfect place for young families as well as seniors. The water is shallow and clean, and the view from the deck is spectacular.
For salt water and serf, Seagull Beach is just a few miles away on back roads. After a day at the beach you may go for a quiet kayak around the pond, or anything from tennis at the public park in the adjacent neighborhood to relaxing on the wrap-around deck.
The first floor has a bedroom and full bath, a small sitting room and a large living room. The open floor plan incorporates kitchen, dining and living room all with a view of the lake.
