Terrific vacation location on Green Hill Pond!!

This is a very nice cottage in the Ocean Ridge Community of Green Hill Pond. The cottage has been updated more than others we've rented, and is a very pleasent place to spend a week. The appliances are modern and the floors and carpeting are clean and updated. The furniture is not old and is well taken care of. Washer and dryer is a big plus, especially the dryer. There are an abundance of windows that provides breathtaking views of the pond, especially from the lofted bedroom. The deck overlooking the pond is a great place to dine and or have a night cap. We brought our 18 foot power boat and docked it at the cottage for easy day trips to the ocean.
I would definitely recommend this cottage for people looking to spend some time by the water. There are plenty of nice places to dine and also plenty of clam shacks - all within 15 minutes or less.
