Minimum 3 month rental period. Prefer 1+ years. This beautiful Dunedin cottage is located on a quiet brick side street that is right next to all the charm and fun of Dunedin. 1000 square feet. 2 bedrooms. 1.5 baths. Living room, dining room, storage for bikes etc. A 5 minute walk to downtown Main Street. 2 minute drive to Knology Park (home of Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training and farm team games all Spring and Summer). Includes full shared laundry room with washer/dryer. Deck with chairs and gas grill.
