Three side by side townhouse units, each with it's own charm can accommodate large parties.Central to all surrounding beaches. Bask in the sun or enjoy all the areas activities. Shopping, fine dining, Golf, Water Parks and harbor cruises are just some of the attractions.Two car parking as well.

Take a 5 minute walk into Salisbury Center to listen to the local bands and watch the weekend fireworks. You may also choose to play in the Arcades with the kids grab a slice of pizza or fried dough. You might also take a 15 minute drive along the coast of Hampton or Rye beach and see the beautiful homes and coastal views. Drive into The New England Harbor town of Newburyport and walk along the pier of beautiful boats. You will enjoy the summer festivals, antiquing, fine dining and boat tours that this town is famous for.

Right out your front door!: Soak in the sun or go swimming, boogie boarding and ride the waves! Build Sand Castles, or go kite flying, play volleyball or botchie ball. Maybe you'll like to have a lobster bake or barbecue on the grill and sit back and enjoy the sunset. Salisbury has amazing fireworks every Saturday night that can be watched from your deck!

Wonderful Place to stay!

This house was better than we could have imagined. It was very clean and the owner was very nice and helpful. We had 8 people staying in one unit and we all fit cimfortably. Most kitchen needs are included. You don't have to go far to get to the beach, it is right off your back porch. The beach is a lot less crowded than Hampton so you can actually enjoy everything. The views are amazing especially watching the sunrise. The Salisbury Beach boardwalk is within walking distance (about 5 min). If you wish to go to Hampton Beach, it is only about a 5-10 minute drive! The price is right especially if you are splitting it with other people. Try getting a hotel on the beach with all the perks of renting this house at a comprable price. You probably won't find it!

Just spent the week & had a fabulous vacation.....the Townhouse Unit that we stayed in with our son & his fiance provided us with a very home like atmosphere. Plenty of room & very clean....bright & airy.....the beach was wonderful & we will surely go back as soon as we can......We listened to Chassie & Rick brag about this place for a whole year....now we can brag together.....

This beach house is immaculate; we were very impressed with the conditions. It definitely feels like a home away from home. We were able to set on the deck and watch the sun come up while listening to the waves. We loved it most because it was literally a 30 sec walk to the ocean. This made it much easier than packing up the car and dragging coolers and beach tents through the sand. It is also pet friendly, and our dog Izzy had a blast! We would love to make this our yearly get away.
