perfect vacation accommodations

We rented for 3 weeks and had family coming and going. The parents of the little ones adored the fact that the kids could go back to the condo from the pool without help as its at garden level. The pool area is immaculate and beautiful, the beach a one minute walk. The supermarkets are a 10 minute walk and very well supplied. The kitchen worked well for us. Restaurants and shops are one block away, and dining out is reasonable. The condo is very well equipped and quite comfortable, the water pressure is terrific, lots of hot water. The manager is lovely and very eager to please, as is the staff of the building. Some family members went to the ecologic park, but most just hung out at the condo. When you rent this condo, please go to Il Pescatore on 10th Avenue and 24th, as well as La Palette on 8th between 5th Av and the beach. These are 2 exceptional restaurants and quite different from each other. We will definitely return next year, perhaps for a month!!

Amazing Vacation, what a special place!!

My husband, my parents and my brothers just returned home from staying a week at this property. We had an outstanding time! Everything claimed about the condo is accurate. The condo is in a great location close from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The owner and his representative who met us upon our arrival are charming and very easy to work with. The condo is extremely well maintained and we enjoyed having the pool and beach not be so crowded as some. On the other-hand, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we were able to cook a lot of our meals at home if we didn’t feel like going out.
I highly recommend it! We loved it so much we have already booked another week!

ONE OF THE BEST CONDOS IN PLAYA..

I stayed in this property for one week, with my husband and baby daughter; and believe me.. it was a great experience. The condo is amazing, is very extensive place, the decoration is very modern and nice. and everything is new. All the areas are comfortables and spacious. The garden and pool area is wonderful.. you can see in the photos.. you will find a sofa lounge that you can relax. And one of the best things, is the location.. in only few steps you can see the beach. The fifth avenue is one block from this condo, an there you can find the best restaurants in town, bars, shopping, etc. And only ten minutes walking from the condo is the Mamitas beach.. one of the best beaches in Mexico. In my opinion, this property is one the nicest places in Playa.. is very similar of The Deseo Hotel.
This condo is an excellent option if you want the best vacations, with your familly, friends, etc. I recommend it.
