This spacious condo is located on 71st Street (Dellwood) with a roomy front porch wonderful for cocktailing after a day of fun in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffee maker and toaster. There is ample seating in the living room, featuring cable TV and a DVD player. Bedrooms 1 , has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds, bedroom 3 has two twin size beds. A community outdoor shower and wash machine are on the premises. Parking is stacked with one permit issued per unit, a great opportunity to meet your neighbors, and on street parking is also available. The unit is walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and family activities. No pets please.
