  • RESERVATIONS/PAYMENTS – 50% of rent + 45 administration fee due within two weeks of making reservation. The balance payment of your rent will be due 14 days prior to your check-in date and may be paid by personal check, certified check or money order. All payments must be in U.S. Funds. ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN. A $25.00 Service Charge on any returned check will be added to your balance. The tax rates are governed by the Commonwealth of Virginia and the City of Virginia Beach and may change without notice.
