This semi-detached family home is perfectly situated in the delightful village of Bailly Romainvilliers, approximately 10 minutes by car or regular bus service from Disneyland Resort Paris. It has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen and small outdoor terrace/garden with perimeter fencing and built-in barbecue. Situated in the heart of the village, it is only steps away from all local amenities including bakery, supermarket, bank and local restaurants. The entrance at street level provides easy access for push chairs. Located approximately 5 minutes by car from motorway and rail networks, our home is perfectly located for visits to Paris, Vaux le Vicompte, and the beautiful Champagne region. Close by is the Sea Life Centre and Val d'Europe shopping centre featuring a great selection of designer outlet stores. This house is a perfect choice for family holidays.

With the excellent road network many of the regions, chateaux, cathedrals, churches and champagne houses are all within easy reach. Should you arrive late and need the owner to organise a starter pack of groceries this can also be arranged in advance.

Golf: Ideally situated for a Golfing holiday. Next door to the Disneyland Paris 27 holes Championship Golf Course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses this house is ideal for a golfing holiday. All green fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including expert advise on a golfing holiday in the heart of France.

I was very surprised to read such a poor review. We have rented this property twice and were very happy with it. We didn't expect it to be quiet, after all it is in the middle of a town. We found the close proximity of the supermarket, bakery (I can't remember how to spell the French word) and unfortunately the phamacy very handy. Yes the real fridge was not working the second time, but arrangements had been made for a replacement - which I am sure was temporary. My only regret is we could not have it over the New Year 2008/2009 as it is already booked - do you know of anywhere else Colin? (sorry cant remember the exact date we were there but it was November 06 and October 07.

The property although ideally situated near to Disney, was not well maintained, the furnishings were either broken or mucky. Plugs were hanging off the walls. Fridge was not cleaned from last clients. Not a quiet area at all, neighbours were so noisy. Back yard was unkempt, with damaged partition fence to adjoining property, meaning no privacy. Although owner friendly enough, our points of concern were not answered when addressed after our return. I would not recommend this property.
Owner's Response: We are very surprised by these comments. It is a shame that during the stay we were not contacted once,so we could have solved any possible issues.

A very good place for 2 families to rent

The house is perfect for families with children. (We were 4 adults and three children) The backyard is a nice place for children to play, and it is a peaceful area, you feel safe when they play there.
The house was clean and most of it was well-maintained. The owner provided good service.
The only thing that disappointed us, was that the activities thas was listed at the Internet advert, wasn`t that easy to find. Ex is riding and bathingpossibilities. That is disappointing to children. When things like this is written in an advert, you should also provide the people who rent a map or instructions to find the things. We asked for it, but we never got it.
Everything else was perfect! Very easy to get to EuroDisney and to the train for Paris. Restaurants, grocerystore, bakery and butcher close to where we lived. Very nice.

Excellent Property

We have stayed here 2yrs in a row and 2008 will be our third stay.
The property is well situated with easy access to Disneyland and Paris. It is very comfortable and clean.
There is a local Supermarche just a walk away and the village has quite a few shops and restaurants.
The owners are very helpful and extremely pleasant.
Highly recommended.
