Our fully furnished vacation villa is just 7 miles from Disney World, 12 miles from Sea World, and 18 miles from Universal Theme Park. This immaculate town home can be found in the secure gated community of Venetian Bay Villages and is just 18 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This sun soaked end unit is just steps away from the club house and heated Olympic size main pool. The 1st floor of our home features a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer. In the tastefully decorated living room you can relax on the queen sleeper sofa and love seat. Digital cable TV and a DVD/VCR are provided for your entertainment. The comfortable king size master suite is outfitted with a private bath which includes a jetted tub. On the 2nd level, the queen master suite offers its own private bathroom. Two guest bedrooms each contain two twin bed. Just outside the 3rd bathroom, you will find an extra sink and lighted vanity to allow for quicker grooming in the mornings.

Having enjoyed 10 fabulous weeks in your home over the winter of 2009, it seemed appropriate to say a hugh thank you for your unfailing attention to detail and your clear and concise communication with us at all times.

The house was superb and we condider the overall site to be clean and safe for adults and children alike. We also found the resort staff to be couteous, efficient and caring.

A great experience that we would recommend to any and all prospective renters. No worries about renting this outstanding property.

Many thanks for a memorable winter away..we will be back..

i just came back from my vacation had a great time wonderful place to stay pool was great i was close to every thing i needed to be everyone was helpful i would stay there again this is my 2nd time staying there the best i have found out of 7 yrs of going to orlando
