Beautiful completely renovated hundred year old family farm house located on elegant and scenic South Shore Dr. Big front lawn with direct public access on to Lake Macatawa. Walking and biking path to the beach, Lake Michigan Dunes, parks, restaurants, marinas, Yacht Club and more. Only ten minutes drive away from Holland’s charming downtown (voted one of the best small retails areas of the country) or Saugatuck the gallery and shopping village on the river front. The home is surrounded by open and closed in porch and patios leading to a beautiful maintained lawn with tire swing hanging on an ancient maple tree and a close by fire pit.

This property completely met our expectations and was exactly as it had been described to us. The owner provided timely responses to each of my requests for information. The 100-yr-old property had been nicely reburbished, was clean with modern appliances, and completely equipped with everything our group needed. The lot was very large and the home was set back from the main road with a view of the lake across the street. There were even bicycles available on the property which we used on the beautiful bike paths. The downtown area of Holland was clean, quaint, yet modern. There were plenty of good restaurants and a great gas barbecue on the property as well. Lake Macatawa and Lake Michigan were easily accessible by car, bike or walking. My only comment would be that the attic area is really just suitable for teens or children. The area over the garage was made available to us, and our party of nine would have been a bit cramped without it. I would not hesitate to return to this property.
