Villa Rosalinda is a wonderful villa in a quiet, exclusive residential area in Cap d'Ail facing south with a spectacular panoramic sea view all the way to Cap Ferrat! The villa has been decorated recently and has a large brand new pool and surrounding pool area incl. outdoor kitchen and shower. The villa which sleeps 6(8) persons has a living area of 150 m2 and features a living-room with satelliteTV, WIFI, open fireplace, dining-room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and Air-conditioning in bedrooms. Sliding doors from nearly all rooms open to wonderful, large, sunny terraces. The terraces are equipped with all amenities incl BBQ. Electric gate to property; double garage and parking for an extra 2 cars. The villa is in fact semi-detached but it is well done and hardly noticeable. Extra accommodation can be arranged for an extra 4 persons in the other unit (please contact us for special quote). The villa is located 2 mins from Monaco and 20 mins from Nice

Another perfect vacation with gorgeous views!

My husband and I have just returned from our third stay at Villa Rosalinda, and we have once again had a marvelous time. First of all, the views of the Mediterranean and Cap Ferrat are absolutely gorgeous. There is a stunning view from every single room! The villa itself is impeccably maintained, and all of the amenities are modern and functional. Its location makes it easy for a quick walk to town or to the beach (Plage Mala, our favorite in all the world!) - or a short drive to Beaulieu, Eze, La Turbie, and many other quaint towns in the area. It is also a convenient base for taking day trips to the Italian Riviera, Luberon, and many other beautiful regions. Also I should mention that the owners are very kind and hospitable and are very pleasant to deal with.
We look forward to returning again next year. Thank you for everything!

Paradise just a few hours away...

My wife and I have been visiting the Cote d'Azur for many years and seen many nice holiday homes, but this is by far one of the most beautiful houses we have ever stayed at. It lived up to all our expectations and then some. The location is perfect – not too far away from Monaco and the shops, but still secluded and quiet. The terraces were magnificent with an excellent view to Cap Ferrat and the sea. Furthermore, there are many great sights close by, including Eze, the Italian Riviera, Villefranche and Cap Ferrat. The local beach Plage Mala, must be one of the most beautiful beaches in France and the local restaurants were lovely.

We, Nathalie, Caroline and Christiane spent our holidays in Feb 2009 in this woderful Villa: The villa Rosalinda is even more spectacular than the description and we were overwhelmed not only by the wonderful view but also by the helpful, friendly, courteous way we were received by the family of the owner. Facilities are top and the view from each room and terrace is one that we will never forget. We had several days trips - into the French Alps as well as Antibes, Monaco, Italy etc., but we were always thrilled to be back at the villa for "happy hour" and relaxing. A most unforgettable vacation. We hope to return someday.

Villa Rosalinda is a great place near the Moyenne Corniche, where you can truly relax.
There was construction going on in the area, on other villas which was very annoying when sitting on the beautiful terrace. A great view has nothing without all the senses that accompany our human nature. The pool not being in front of the villa but in front of neighbours is a bit of a disadvantage since there is no privacy when enjoying the pool area. Inside the Villa, there was no issues, everything was amazing for a family. No pets, no smoking and a very Zen feeling. Not sure this villa caters to toddlers. The view is beautiful, and you can really feel part of Cap D Ail and the surrounding Villa lifestyle.
You should be ready to walk uphill-downhill to get to the shops in Cap D ail or the beach. The villa is 20 meters from the Moyenne Corniche. So, it's not near the Basse Corniche. Just a note, in case your group cannot walk hills.
