Four bedroom Cape Cod style home on family friendly cul-de-sac located just off of Route 6 at Route 134. Five minute drive to Dennis beaches, Dennis Pines Golf Course, Cape Cod Playhouse and Cape Cod Bike Path. Fully stocked kitchen with sliders to sunny deck offering seating for six. Main floor consists of Kitchen, Living Room, Full Bath, bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with a twin bed. Second floor consists of full bath, bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with two twin beds and a crib. Full basement with washer and dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill and deck and patio areas. Manicured lawn great for bocce or croquet games.

AWESOME!!!!

We have rented on the Cape off and on since the early 80’s. This home was impeccably clean and by far the nicest that we have rented. It was such a pleasure to have dishes, pans and glasses that were in “like new” condition and all matching!!!! (It really is the little things in life that make a difference!). The furniture was lovely – no old slip covers – yea!!!!! The beds were very comfortable (not a hundred years old) and the yard was delightful with lots of shade, beautiful flower boxes and gardens.
The Dennis beaches are wonderful - but we found that they fill up fast so get there early (before 9:30am) so you are not shut out of the parking lot.
The owner was very easy to work with and clearly takes pride in the property. We highly recommend this house and hope to return soon!

Dennis Cape Cod Rental

All was fine, but would recommend the downstairs' toilet be looked at, as it runs and you need to flick the lever to make it stop running. Also, leave directions on how to make TV turn on, like what channel the TV needs to be on to watch TV, so don't have to bother owner or real estate person. Thanks again!

Great Vacation House

Great house, very convienent location. We vacationed with another family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each level had 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The outside shower was great, especially after a day at the beach. The inside was spotless.The yard was absolutely beautiful, the flowers were in full bloom and the lawn was gorgeous. We had great weather so we spent lots of time outside. The owner was easy to work with. We loved Mayflower Beach. I'd recommend buying a weekly beach pass, then you could go to any beach in Dennis. I'd definitely return to this house.

My kids loved it
Close to everything
Nice cul-de-sac for children
Would rent again & recommend to a friend
Plenty of activities and attractions and restaurants
The beaches were minutes away and they were the best!
