This lovely mid-rise penthouse condominium is located steps from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico on Ft. Myers Beach. Walk to marina,Santini Plaza restaurants, tropical shoppes, and bike & boat rentals. Nature walk. On-site lighted tennis courts and pool w/a Preserve & canal view. Why shovel snow when you can shovel sand? Bask in the sun and enjoy the smells & sounds of the tropical air & sea. Two bedrooms plus pull-out couch in 3rd bedroom/den.

We very much like to vacation on Ft. Myers Beach, we found this condo which is large and open. We love the nature preserve. I love to hear from the people who visit us.

Our lanai overlooks a nature preserve where you can watch the tropical birds and the wonderful flying fish. we have spent many mornings enjoying the nature show. We also have a partial view of the harbor.
