'Seagrass': Luxury home 'almost' on the water in an eclectic area of Portsmouth called Common Fence Point. Across the street are bullrushes (No houses: I am too close to the water) and a small local beach, with a kayak/canoe launch area 1/2 block away. Newport is 15 min. and the home is very near the exclusive Carnegie Abbey Golf Club. The East Passage offers spectacular water views . My balcony has a 160-degree view of the water, sailboats, and sunset over the Mt. Hope Bridge. A very quiet neighborhood, out of the Newport chaos, but convenient to restaurants, beaches, and golfing in Bristol, Newport, and Tiverton. 2 stories, with rosewood floors, 2 fireplaces, glass-tiled bath, high ceilings, gourmet kitchen & balcony that has 2 sets of 8' French Doors with Phantom roller screens, which retract when not needed. Seating alcove converts to 2 twins. 3 full baths. Home is best suited for a single/ couple with baby or toddlers. Please no smoking, pets neg.
