The Surf House is a charming 800 sq ft, California beach bungalow. Built in the late 30's as part of the Rio Del Mar Country Club in Aptos Ca, the house retains many of the original features, but with modern conveniences. Expansive view of Rio Del Mar State Beach from the living room and deck and just steps to the sand. Watch the surf, dolphins, and beach activities from the comfort of your lazy boy recliner or deck chair, cross the street to the beach. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, twin trundle bed in living room make sleeping for 6. Deck has charcoal barbecue & redwood picnic table. Lovely hillside view from the master bedroom balcony and kitchen. Pets welcome. Fully furnished. HDTV, DVD, phone and wireless Internet connection. The Surf House is located 10 minutes south of Capitola & Santa Cruz on the sunny side of the Monterrey Bay.

The Surf House is at Rio Del Mar State Beach in Aptos Ca. Rio Del Mar Beach is pet and kid friendly. Enjoy surfing, kayaking, kite flying, playing in the water, or sunning on the beach. Read a good book, walk on the Esplande to the USS Palo Alto, fish from the pier or the in surf. Collect shells, watch the birds and dolfins, or just snooze. Go Antiquing in Aptos and Soquel or shopping in Capitola. The SantaCruz Boardwalk is 20 min north. Monterey Bay Aquarium is 1 hour south. 15 minutes and you are in the Redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains. San Francisco Airport is 90 minutes away. San Jose airport is 45 minutes away.
