Description of the Stanhope vacation house rental
Nestled at the crest of Covehead Bay and the waters of the Atlantic, the Estate at Covehead Bay is one of PEI’s exclusive and private waterfront vacation homes.
Located in picturesque Stanhope less than 15-minutes from Charlottetown Airport and 5-minutes from Brackley Beach, the Estate is a 5-acre hillside property featuring over 700’ of water frontage, a deluxe 2,600 sf, three bedroom, 2.5 bath executive home, and a large (700 sf ft) heated salt water pool with diving board/slide and children’s playground. The property can comfortably accommodate 11 guests.
The kitchen includes a Sub-Zero refrigerator, propane gas stove / oven, microwave and dishwasher. Encapsulating the home is an expansive 1,000 sf wrap-around deck and two separate lower patio areas, perfect for taking in the beautiful surroundings after a day at play. The Estate also offers a Vermont Casting stainless steel grill, deluxe outdoor furnishings and fire pit.

Miles and miles of sandy beaches link along the North Shore of PEI to create a pristine vacation environment. Luckily, The Estate at Covehead Bay is located conveniently close to the North Shore oasis, yet far enough away for you to enjoy your 'own little place' on the Island.
The allure of this area is endless. The water sport activities are an adventure, the fine and casual dining is hard to beat and the artisan shops are everywhere. And don't forget the lobster suppers, a can't-miss PEI experience.
Be sure to pack your golf clubs, since the North Shore in Anne's Land is proud to boast more than 11 courses located within a 20-minute drive. For more family oriented fun there is the new Shining Waters Family Fun Park, the Sandspit Amusement Park and the new sprawling federal Eco-Park (on the old Rainbow Valley property).
