Stay passionately and well in our Oasis in Las Vegas. This home located in the exclusive and highly desirable Mountains Edge community is luxurious with its amenities. This fully furnished home with over 3,000 SF of living features a spectacular backyard. This 4 bedroom home is done with exquisite home furnishings and has an over-sized kitchen with extensive granite countertops, stainless steel appliances that overlooks a large cozy family room and world-class backyard. You will absolutely enjoy the peaceful surroundings with beautiful alluring sunsets. The homes exterior is lush with mature trees and landscaping. This home is set in a very quiet neighborhood with a feeling of seclusion. Abundance of activities awaits you and all are just a short drive away; Red Rock Mountains, Silverton Casino, Las Vegas Outlet mall, and Rhodes Ranch Golf Club are all just a short distance away and are just a few many activities in the area.

A short distance is Red Rock and Mt Charleston which offers: hiking, rock climbing, biking, wildlife viewing, and horseback riding is a short drive (approx. 15 mi.). Lake Mead which offers; fishing, boating, jet-skiing, and beaches are within 30 minutes. Golfing, shopping, and fine restaurants can be found less than 5 miles of the property. The Las Vegas strip is within 10 miles where you will find all the major hotels. It is our desire to make this vacation home the most welcoming and enjoyable place you've been.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation date. A 50% refund based on reservation will be issued for cancellations made seven to 15 days prior to reservation date. A full refund minus an administration fee of 10% will be issued for cancellations made more than 15 days prior to reservation date.
