Our year-round cottage is a new 1500SF waterfront building on the market for Summer Rentals for the first time! The limited number of pictures shown will be updated in the next couple weeks. The cottage has 2 &1/2 bedrooms, 1 and ½ bath, and is fully furnished. The waterfront features 135 feet of private beach which features a large sandy cove. The beach is accessible by a private stairwell. The beach from the front of the property extends to and around Stover's Point beach, which is good for long walks. Kayaks, canoes and jet skis can be launched from the property. You will have the use of the deep water mooring, and momentarily, we will be offering the use of a dock when ready. Fish from it or simply swim and enjoy nature. Take pleasure in the relaxing view from the spacious 2nd floor deck while sail boats and lobster boats go by. This family-run Maine cottage faces Harpswell Sound and the Cribstone Bridge located between Orr’s & Bailey’s Island.

  • *For quick reservations we accept PAYPAL payments*
  • **Check in time is 1pm, renters must check in no later than 3pm. A $35 late arrival fee will be charged for checking in after 3pm.
    **50% deposit from rent is required at the time the reservation is made. A written receipt will be mailed when the deposit is received.
    **Reservation deposit is only refunded if a substitute renter is found for the canceled week.
    **Shorter than one week stay may be arranged during spring and fall only.
    **For any additional person, a charge of $150 per week will be added.
    **Heating season starts October 15th. The heating system is not used during Peak season dates.

We enjoyed our Columbus Day weekend at this cottage. Foliage was beautiful. The description on the website is accurate. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed. The property was immaculate, and the owner was very nice. He was truly concerned that everything was perfect during our stay. He greeted us upon our arrival and gave us a personal tour. Great spot for a boat, kayaks, etc. Good restaurants nearby. Hoping to return next year.

Cozy, well-mainained home with water views and access to deep water dock plus a boat mooring. Very comfortable! Perfect for boaters who want to lose their sea legs for a week and still be able to investigate the many coves and harbors in the Casco Bay area. Excellent seafood restaurants within 15-20 minutes (a few of the good ones are year round).
For us, as off-season visitors, the peace and quiet, ability to walk the shore on the adjacent protected shorefront was a huge plus. The owner is very nice and very concerned with your stay!!
