The Guests have all been overwhelmingly positive regarding the value of their stay, they feel that the money spent here was definitely worth it. ......'the fresh cut flowers and baked goods, plus all the amenities make this place like I don't even need to pack', ' EVERYTHINGS HERE ' was a comment heard many times, 'The flowers and landscaping are really beautiful, such a peaceful place' 'we didn't want to leave' have all been standard responses from our guests....... Please enjoy your stay and enjoy all the surrounding offerings of this romantic and happening seaside town in Southern Maine.

My family has been renting vacation properties for the last 20 years; this is the only place we have decided to book again for next year.

This home is fantastic! Beautifully decorated, central air, in ground pool and equipped just like home with everything you will need to cook a meal if you decide you’re too tired to go out for dinner. Unlike typical vacation rentals, this is a well loved home. Guests are treated like family and you will not miss anything from home during vacation.

Great location, close to the beach and Rte 1 for antiquing and shopping, more restaurants than you will ever need in all price ranges. The Steak House is superb.

Usually when we rent by Thursday, we long for home; this time we were truly sorry to leave. The owners take pride in their home and you should not rent unless you are prepared to treat the home as your own.
Owner's Response: We do indeed promote this as RENT A HOME NOT A RENTAL because it truly is our pride and joy. We try to make certain to be extremely accommodating, all the way down to having tinfoil, saranwrap, olive oil & balsamiuc vinegar, spices & fresh herbs, as well as most every cooking untensil known. We feel that YOU ARE ON VACATION and we try to make certain your FEEL that way. After all, who doesn't want to have all the luxuries of home? I mean this is HOMEAWAY.com ain't it? LOL......call or email us TODAY!!! (before long we could only be a bed & breakfast with the raves we get from our clients)
