A $400 (£200) security deposit is payable with each booking, refunded within 4 weeks of your return subject to no breakages -
A non-refundable deposit of £150 - $250 will secure a booking.
Balance must be paid in full 8 weeks priors to the arrival date.
If canceled between 4 and 8 weeks prior to rental, 50% of the rental cost is payable. If cancelled in the 4 weeks prior to rental, 100% of the rental cost is payable.
We accept payment by either US $ check or UK £ cheque.

Around and about: Lake View Villa is conveniently situated on US Highway 27 close to all of Central Florida's major attractions. It is only 20 minutes to Disney but If you want a break from the parks and fancy participating in the many outdoor pursuits Florida has to offer, our villa is in the very fortunate position of being close to Winter Haven, known as The Chain of Lakes City, which touches or surrounds 41 lakes, 25 of which are connected by navigable canals. Ideal for boating, fishing and water-skiing.
Golf: At Southern Dunes you are not just in a prime location for exploring Orlando and its many theme parks, you are positioned on a 72 par championship golf course. If you are a keen golfer then what better place to be. With elevation changes upto 100 feet, (very rare in Orlando), this course has also been voted one of the top 100 in the USA. When staying at Lake View Villa you will not only have the course on your doorstep but you will also have use of the driving range and putting green
