Over 100 foot of private Lake Leelanau frontage with this beautiful 2-story spacious home. Large fully equipped kitchen and large living room overlooking the lake. Dining room with fireplace. Downstairs one bedroom with queen size sofa sleeper and half bath. Upstairs each of the 3 bedrooms has a queen bed. With one futon bed also. One full bath also. 1 bedroom has a walk-out balcony overlooking the lake, breath-taking views. All 3 upstairs bedrooms with lakeviews. Large yard with beautiful flowers and manicured landscaping. Wooden walkways with picnic tables, patio chairs and gas grill. Fire pit lake front. Dock with a wide ladder at the end for easy entry into th lake, shallow clean swimming. Bring your own boat or rent ours. Full line of water sports rentals: Master craft Ski Boat, 2 SeaDoo 2007 3-seater Jetskis, 2 Pontoon boats
