A very short walk away: Zilker Park (and all contained therein), beautiful Barton Springs spring fed swimming pool, Zilker Botanical Garden, Town Lake hike & bike & jogging trails, Barton Creek greenbelt and trails system, swim (Barton Springs & Deep Eddy), kayak (Town Lake), Umlauf sculpture garden, Restaurant Row, Movies, coffee, groceries, dry cleaners, laundromat. Very close to: center of downtown, all nightlife, UT, St Edwards, ACC, shopping malls, Whole Foods, farmers market, sports and swimming pools. This is strictly a non-smoking property. Small house trained pets considered on case by case basis with extra deposit.

Location, location, location!

We recently spent some time at this condo and had a wonderful time. We walked to Barton Springs for a very cool dip and could walk back. The condo is at the top of a hill, so be forewarned! Lots of local favorite restaurants nearby, Chuy's, Shady Grove, Romeo's...Also near the Umlauf sculpture garden and Botanical Gardens. The condo is clean and comfortable with the bedrooms downstairs separate from the kitchen/dining/living room allowing some privacy while sleeping. We would definitely stay again!

Great location for ACL

Two of us stayed for week and a half. Wonderful for walking to Barton Springs Pool/Road and Zilker Park. Nice dining/living area. Could have been a bit cleaner for our taste; bathroom needs work. Needs a larger coffee maker. Balcony was dirty and garden chairs were broken; could use a small table out there. Great TV that we used a lot - amazing channels! Ray took good care of us, and we would consider booking again.

Barton Heights delight

In town with a friend to participate in the Austin Tri. Could not have been in a better place. We were a little concerned with the bedrooms being downstairs and street parking but fears were quickly allayed. Very comfortable, quiet and were able to bike/run every in the area and visited Barton Pool. Just seconds away from Zilker. Had a great time, plan on coming back.

Fun & safe in Austin

Really liked staying near Barton Springs. It was quiet & comfortable. The place was clean. Definitely need a car to get to town. There are a few places to eat in walking distance. I would , and plan to return.

We had such an awesome time while out in Austin. The place was cozy and in a perfect location! Walking distance to great trails and great eats!! We didn't want to leave, the vacation went by too fast. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much for such a great place to stay;)
