Latest updates - granite countertops, new dining room set, recliner, remodeled bathroom, 21 in flat screen TV w/DVD in bedroom; 40 in flat screen HDTV -expanded cable. 1BR 1BA directly on the beach at Pinnacle Port, a quite gated community, this one-level condo is one of the most popular. At Romantic Beach Condo, we provide many extras: i.e, DSL internet, WiFi, shampoo/cond., soap, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, and starter toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. On 4th floor of B2 building, across from small pool. Park in front. Large heated pool - indoor/outdoor -only steps away. Sleep 2 to 4 comfortably with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. 15-20 steps to beach. Bring your boat or jet skis to use on Lake Powell. Pier Park and entertainment for adults/children 10 min away. No smoking or pets and must be age 25 to rent. You'll be glad you picked our condo. Ten minutes from Pier Park with Margarittaville, Back Porch Seafood, Dillards, Target, movie theater, specialty shops and restaurants. Twenty minutes from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin. Publix, Winn Dixie and Bayou Bill's Seafood Restaurant across the street. Bring your jet skis and boat for use on Lake Powell. Camp Helen's State Park and bird sanctuary at west of property. We provide lots of extras that other owners don't. Stay with us once and you'll love our condo and Pinnacle Port and want to return again and again. The fall sunsets at the beach are outstanding; come on down and enjoy Panama City Beach without the crowds.

Property has been upgraded with new windows and doors and gorgeous landscaping. Summer season sometimes includes movie nights at large pool If you've stayed at Pinnacle Port in past, you will be surprised at changes to the property.

Extras: We provide DSL and wireless internet, expanded cable w/HDTV in living room, dishwashing detergent, laundry supplies, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer,starter toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, sugar, and creamer. Towels and linens are high grade and queen bed has memory foam topper.

Wonderful Vacation

This is an excellent condo.Extremely clean and well furnished. The owners obviously spend tremendous amounts of time to make sure their tenants enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful time and we are just trying to see when we will be able to go there again. Many thanks to owners Joyce and Jimmy......

My wife and I stayed here In July and we are going again next week. We are always amazed at what a beautiful condo this is and we enjoy our stay each time. The owners Joyce and Jimmy are wonderful hosts and they try to make everything perfect for their guests. We come here every year and will do so as long as we can.
Recommended for:  Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Our repeat guests are our most important asset and we love having them. This couple is fast becoming part of our extended family. We are always happy when they return and we appreciate their taking time to post a review.

We enjoyed our stay here! This condo is very clean and comfortable and extremely well furnished from the super comfortable bed to the high-end appliances, to the board games and all the beach toys for the kiddos! Nice location. Not too crowded. Enjoyed the walks on the beach. Plenty of eating places near by. We recommend it!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had an awesome time at this condo. Everything was first rate. Most rentals are filled with what the owner has gotten rid of or replaced at home. This condo has the best of everything...cookware, coffee pot, pillows, beach chairs everything you can think of. It was beautiful, spotless and so organized. Just steps from the beach. The owner also had cold drinks for your arrival and some snacks. We are looking forward to our next trip. I have told everyone about how great it was. Thanks to the owners for their attention to details.

Pinnacle Port was a perfect. Highly Recommended.

This condo was a perfect way to escape the nervous energy at Ironman FL. My wife was racing her second Ironman and wanted a place close enough to the start while keeping her away from all the other anxious athletes. This condo was absolutely perfect and was very clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Amazing gulf views from the patio and just steps away from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more, we enjoyed staying here and would recommend it highly.
