Romantic beach condo - 1 BR directly on the beach, in a quite gated community, this one-level condo is one of the most luxurious at Pinnacle Port. On 4th floor of B2 mid rise building, across from small outdoor pool. Large heated indoor/outdoor pool is only steps away. Tennis courts, playground, and picnic area. Park in front. Sleep 2 to 4 comfortably with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. DSL internet and WiFi available. 15-20 steps to beach. Bring your boat or jet skis to use on Lake Powell. Away from traffic but close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, golf, etc. Pier Park and entertainment for adults and children only 10 minutes away. Margarittaville and Back Porch Restaurants at Pier Park are the hot topics in PCB and more stores are opening daily.No smoking, no pets and must be age 25 to rent.

Stay with us once and you'll love our condo and Pinnacle Port and want to return again and again. The fall sunsets at the beach are outstanding; come on down and enjoy Panama City Beach without the crowds. Property has been upgraded with new windows and doors and gorgeous landscaping. Summer season included Wednesday night movies at large pool with popcorn, pizza, activies for children, etc. If you've stayed at Pinnacle Port in past, you will be surprised at changes to the property.

This is an excellent condo.Extremely clean and well furnished. The owners obviously spend tremendous amounts of time to make sure their tenants enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful time and we are just trying to see when we will be able to go there again. Many thanks to owners Joyce and Jimmy......

My daughters (ages 8 and 9) and I loved this condo!!!! The location was perfect in that it was peaceful and far from the "spring break" scene, yet still located conveniently to grocery stores and restaurants. We were less than 50 yards from the outdoor pool, indoor pool, beach, shuffle board, and tennis courts. The condo unit itself was clean and well equipped...very nice and comfortable. When we decide to travel to Panama City Beach again, we will definitely want to stay here, in THIS unit!!!!

We celebrated our 35th anniversary at the condo. It was great! Joyce even gave us information on the best places to dine, which were outstanding.

We would and have recommended this condo for its privacy and comfort. Joyce is such a pleasant person to work with and discuss any concerns.

We had a great time and really enjoyed your condo. We have two teenage daughters and felt very comfortable letting them walk around pinnacle port.
You have a very beautiful unit and we felt very at home here. We have stayed at other places before and this is by far the best. Hope to stay here again next year for the world series. We couldtn't have dreamed of a better place. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and I recommend this unit.
