My Cottage has concrete steps to a sandy/shale shoreline. Sit on private dock , paddle the provided canoe, or bring your own boat/kayak. Has a 24x12 deck to entertain. Newly renovated. Kitchen ready; just bring the food. Linens, towels, basic paper supplies provided. Downstairs bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Master bedroom upstairs has queen bed and french doors opening to balcony for 2, breezes, and beautiful sunsets. Second bedroom upstairs has 2 double beds.Bathroom is downstairs and has large shower. Pets are welcome; each pet must be pre approved. Private parking for 4 vehicles. Short walk to town.

Girls Get Away

We were a party of 5 women out for a relaxing good time, and we got what we were looking for! Rooms were ample big, but I would not recomend the bunk room for big people. Top bunks are not meant for grown up's over 130 lbs but perfect for kids! The upstairs bedrooms were perfect, but don't plan to hang up too many clothes there are no closets upstairs. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, beautiful linnen and neat as a pin. I can't say enough about the lake view, dock and quiet back yard. The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The house was close enough to craft/artsy things and about 45 minutes from Burlington. There are general type stores close also for bread, milk and other yummy stuff. Last but by far not least - the landlady and lord are very helpful and kind. I hope to return in the future.

I just came back from a wonderful week in this wonderful home. Jen and Bud thank you for sharing this home with us. Even with rain I enjoyed this place so much. Peaceful!!!! I will return!

We love this cottage!

I just spent a week at this cottage with my sisters, nephew, niece and Ally, my cat. We just loved this place. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Views are great and sound of water and breeze in the trees so relaxing. I would not only recommend the cottage but would be absolutely delighted to return--and hope to do so. Thanks Jan and Bud.

Great Place, Great People.

This is a very neat, well kept cottage with plenty of space and an amazing lakeside view. We stayed there with four adults and three small children and had plenty of room. The interior is newly remodeled and very well done. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. Overall, this is a great place to be with family and friends and enjoy a relaxing Vermont sunset.

I hope we get the chance to return.

I found "My Cottage" to be everything I hoped for! Cozy, clean and comfortable inside...and outside SPECTACULAR sunsets can be enjoyed from your own private dock at this property...The owner of this property was easy to contact and welcomed our friendly dog (who also enjoyed swimming in the lake)... Waking up with a cup of coffee on my own personal balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Champlain was just what I needed to de-stress...I would highly reccommend this property to couples and families alike...enjoy your stay, I certainly did.
