Library down the road, with general store, restaurant, pizzeria, and bistro, all in easy walking distance, seconds by auto. Weekly maid service mandatory, daily service upon request. Perfect for a family getaway, and just a 4 minute drive to Provincetown offering adult night life and entertainment. Many 5 star restaurants, family dinning, and takeout or delivery service. Over sized back yard with unique hand built outdoor grill and herb garden.

North Truro has some of the most beautiful nature trails and beaches in the world. Jackie Kennedy enjoyed her nature walks in North Truro, her son Jon included a poem she had written about Truro in her eulogy. It is also where the Pilgrims first found fresh drinking water. Cape Cod Lighthouse and museum are a bicycle ride away.(all of the sites are marked) Pilgrim pond is wonderful for children to catch their first fish and is in walking distance form our home. The constellations in the night sky are filled with meteor showers and many exciting stellar displays. There are live theater performances and numerous outdoor music events at Truro Center green. Come and delight in all Cape Cod has to offer.

  • 2 Full baths with 2 sinks in both bathrooms. There is lots of natural light, large, airy, all new counters with granite tops around the sinks and chrome fixtures. Over sized extra Jetted tub in master bath and 2 tubs with showers. You have fresh well water to wash in and drink. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Wooden floors throughout the house with carpeted bedrooms. The LR/DR, kitchen combination creates an open air flowing effect not usual for the Cape. The fourth den/bedroom adds privacy and extra living space. There is a private office in the basement with copy machine, fax and other office necessities you are welcome to use with advance notice.

  • Beautifully decorated rooms with flat screen plasma TV, surround sound, HD cable service, video game hookups, play station and games. In 2 bedrooms there are conventional TVs and a Bose clock radio. A larger Bose in the LR/DR and Central Air throughout as well as a constant sea breeze for cool, restful nights sleep always! Nicely furnished for comfort, serviceability and ultimate convenience. There is a double bed in one bedroom with an attached master bath, there is a queen bed in the adjacent room, and two twins in the next room with the second bathroom across the hall. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a pull out at night creating a den effect during the daytime for extra room and individual privacy without a bedroom atmosphere.

Notes: This is a pleasant environment for children to play in front or back yard, there is plenty of room for a small or large pool. It is a good area for net games, a safe area for children. The fact that you are able to walk to North Truro village and access groceries, restaurant food, take out, sit at a coffee shop, enjoy a fine dinner, stroll to the beach, walk to a pond and go fishing, all without having to get in your car is rare for the Cape. Take an ecological break, feel good about not polluting for a week, walk, bike, run, relax, and enjoy a 'guilt free' vacation by not having to drive everywhere! A wooden ramp can be placed over two steps on the front porch to make it easy to access the home for the infirm or any wheeled vehicles. Absolutely no pets allowed in or on premises. Smoking is allowed on front and back decks. There is plenty of things to keep children amused and this clean, elegant, atmosphere is perfect for adults to kick back and enjoy a beautiful, fine Cape vacation.
