'We were 'Wowed.' Our first impression of this house was wonderful! Everything was very clean and perfect inside. There was plenty of room! The kitchen had everything you could need and the grill was a perfect addition. The beach was within walking distance and was very beautiful and clean' (Mike & Juliette) Looking for a peaceful, quiet, private vacation home? Enjoy the privacy of your own large enclosed lanai with heated pool surrounded by lush tropical plants in a quiet residential neighborhood which is only minutes from the beach, just 3 blocks. This 2000 sq. ft home is very open and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, ceramic tile, soaring cathedral ceiling throughout, a large screened-in private dual heated pool with central air, ceiling fans in every room, freshly painted, upgraded appliances, pool toys and all the amenities of home to make your stay comfortable and easy. The master bedroom has a large separate shower and 2 person soaking tub and the home is clean, clean, clean

The whole family had a wonderful week at this home. The house was just lovely, spacious, very clean, and you will not be disappointed. The lanai and pool area is clean and well furnished. Its location was ideal for us, on a nice and quiet street, two minutes drive to a white sandy beach, and a very short drive to a supermarket. We had no problem finding and gaining access to the home. We would not hesitate to recommend this house as a great place to enjoy Marco Island!

We stayed in this home for 2 months. The home is open and exceptionally clean. 5 minute walk to the south beach entrance and restaurants right around the corner. My children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the dolphin in the pool ! This home is everything the owners said it was. It's on a quiet, residential street yet so close to everything you need. Certainly a great value.
