One of the most spectacular spots on the lake. Turn-of-the-century cottage sits on small point with panoramic views. Great shallow, sandy swimming area, two docks plus a swim platform.

Memorable sunrises and sunsets; also a great moon-rise over the water.

The camp was built around 1900 and is one of the original Lake Dunmore camps.

Modern conveniences have been added including well-water, baths and kitchen appliances. Large living room features a fieldstone fireplace for those cool evenings. Quiet area, last camp on a private road. Great screen porch to enjoy the sunsets. Cottage sits directly on the water and the sound

will lull you to sleep.

This is the place for a relaxation vacation!

Notes

  • $1300 - $1650 per week
  • Plus 9% VT Room Tax and refundable security deposit of $300. We do not charge a cleaning fee for the weekly rental.
  • Cancellation policy:

    Prior to sixty days, you are entitled to a full refund without a cancellation fee. Within sixty days of the start of your rental a refund would be contingent upon me re-renting your time period.

Nice! Quiet mid lake access to all!

We travel to Lake Dunmore often. In the past we were fortunate to stay at a friend's place. This was our first venture in renting on the lake. And we loved the Eagle's Nest!
The description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc.
The house was clean and well-maintained.
The neighbors were very helpful.
I would certainly recommend this property to a friend.
