Beautiful post and beam home on quiet Indian Point, overlooking half-mile wide Sagadahoc Bay. Comfortable furniture. Small pebble/sand beach just below house on the bay. Open construction on 1st floor, vaulted ceilings and skylights on 2nd; 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 full bed. Wooden floors with area rugs. Farm-style kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, farmer’s table. Wrap-around deck with outdoor shower. Beautiful sunsets across bay. Excellent for kayaking, fishing, bird watching, strolling at low tide; 10-minute walk to association beaches. Located 20 minutes from Bath, 30 from Brunswick and 40 minutes from Freeport.
