Brand new 4100 sq. ft. up-scale home in the Dune Ridge section of Watersound. Three balconies with gulf views, a porch and a large deck with an outdoor kitchen. Professionally decorated. Gourmet kitchen (Wolf, Sub-zero, Bosch). Two luxurious master suites with Tommy Bahama furnishings and sumptuous bathrooms. One king bedroom and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Twenty-six inch TVs in all bedrooms. Treadmill, hand weights and TV in upstairs master bath/exercise room. Great room with big screen TV and fireplace. Downstairs gathering room with wet bar and fridge. Breathtaking freestanding staircase leading up three levels to the loft, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs. Balcony off loft. Fabulous outdoor kitchen with gas grill. Two-minute walk to the beach. Out door shower. Portacrib with bedding and high chair provided.

WE LOVED STAYING IN WATERSOUND and YOUR HOME made the stay absolutely "over the top!" Your home was perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly need - it truly felt like a home away from home. It's even better than the pictures show and exactly what we think a beachside property should be --comfortable,cozy and inviting; yet refined and elegant. Admittedly, I am very difficult to please when it comes to accommodations for my family, but your property IS everything you stated and more. We raced to the loft every afternoon to see the stunning sunset display from such a fantastic vantage point! We were not ready to leave when Saturday arrived -- it was one of our most memorable vacations ever....thank you very much for sharing your lovely home. the Kahlert Family, Suwanee, GA
